Fantastic. 10/10 stay.
We had the most wonderful stay at Park Regis Birmingham for our anniversary, all thanks to Bahman, the fantastic manager! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised, making our special occasion even more memorable. The room was beautifully set up with thoughtful anniversary perks, adding a lovely touch to our stay. The service was impeccable, and Bahman went above and beyond to ensure everything was just right. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and warm hospitality. Highly recommend this hotel, and we’ll definitely be returning!
Lovely hotel for Birmingham with very welcoming staff
The check-in is the most friendly nd fast process for a business hotel I have experienced for years. Alaa was very friendly and welcoming, making my first ever visit a hit already.
I was given a quiet room at the farthest end from the lifts, which is exactly what I need. The room is very spacious and well appointed. There is even a safe in addition to kettle & tea bags for making a cuppa.
Complementary breakfast is an added bonus to me as a welcoming gift. I will definitely come back next time I stop by Birmingham. Highly recommended.
Fantastic stay
Stayed a friday night at Park Regis, was my first time and was fantastic. Very welcoming staff, Clarisse at front office was very professionals, she gave us all the information about the hotel and mentioned about the restaurant as well. Check-in was quick. We had a family room and it was very specious, bed was very comfortable, a nice and clean place.
At the restaurant Franco and the staff were very friendly, we had pizza and was very good. Definitely worth the visit.
Bahman checked us in, and was super professional and really helpful. He made the start of the experience flawless. The hotel was fantastic, and we had a really comfortable.
Had an amazing experience at Park Regis and will definitely will be back whenever we come to Birmingham. Would highly recommend to any friends or family
I had a wonderful experience. The room was really beautiful. The beddings and pillows erected very fluffy. I had a lovely breakfast. Lunch was delicious. The experience overall was a beautiful one. The location was very central and It was easy to locate.
