Park Regis is truly the most beautiful hotel in Birmingham. The staff make it extraordinarily more beautiful with their kind hospitality and service. I have had 2 events at their hotel, booked a room there and spent so many evenings to eat/drink and to chill with my friends. Sometimes I’ve been there to just relax and work in their lobby and I always leave with a smile because of how kind the staff are and exceptional servicing.

Comfortable, convenient with friendly staff
This was our second visit to Park Regis, and we really enjoyed our return visit.
The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable, parking and check in/out was easy and convenient and we could walk into the city quite easily and location worked well for us

Friendly staff who welcome you and ensure your stay is as comfortable as it can be. Room was excellent. Room temperature was a great welcome from a cold day, not always set or on in some hotels. Great place to stay with all the attractions close by. Thank you .I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel for business or pleasure, simply put it is a fantastic place to stay.

Another excellent stay ! We are regular visitors here and this stay did not disappoint ... staff as welcoming and helpful as ever, nothing is too much trouble. Our room on 12th floor was spacious and spotless clean, with an extremely comfy bed and great view. We had a table for x11 reserved in the bar for food and cocktails ... all of which was fabulous - Extremely efficient service. Big shout out to Franco in the bar who never fails to deliver the very best in customer service.
