I had a wonderful experience. The room was really beautiful. The beddings and pillows erected very fluffy. I had a lovely breakfast. Lunch was delicious. The experience overall was a beautiful one. The location was very central and It was easy to locate.
The hotel is in a really impressive building with convenient secure parking. Each team member at Park Regis were all helpful and friendly.
Check-in was very efficient and Alaa was very patient and friendly with explaining the process for accessing the car park and rooms. The food was delicious, the room was spotless and comfortable and generally a really great hotel to stay in if you happen to be in Birmingham
My room was very comfortable, everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is in a good location. The staff are helpful and attentive. Excellent choice for breakfast and the food is hot. There is also a good choice for an evening meal. I would definitely stay again.
Great service from check in till check out, staff couldn't do enough for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and a breakfast that is second to none. Bar staff were friendly and reception staff literally couldn't have been any better.
