My room was very comfortable, everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is in a good location. The staff are helpful and attentive. Excellent choice for breakfast and the food is hot. There is also a good choice for an evening meal. I would definitely stay again.

Great service from check in till check out, staff couldn't do enough for us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms and a breakfast that is second to none. Bar staff were friendly and reception staff literally couldn't have been any better.

I can’t find enough words to describe the feeling that I am feeling. My partner and I was greeted warmly and assisted by the reception (front desk) Mr. Saif. He is extremely professional and kind. We went to the bar and out bartender was also professional and kind. We are about to change and get ready for dinner. This hotel makes me feel like I am on an escape away from reality, in my own world. Relaxed . I feel as if I don’t want to ever leave. The entire hotel is clean and it’s beautiful.

Park Regis is truly the most beautiful hotel in Birmingham. The staff make it extraordinarily more beautiful with their kind hospitality and service. I have had 2 events at their hotel, booked a room there and spent so many evenings to eat/drink and to chill with my friends. Sometimes I’ve been there to just relax and work in their lobby and I always leave with a smile because of how kind the staff are and exceptional servicing.
