A warm welcome and comfortable rooms
A warm welcome, and a lovely room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a lovely temperature - warm but not to stuffy. Park Regis has a good car park too and a fair price which is a plus for those who have to drive into Birmingham. The bar area is really nice and we enjoyed a lovely cocktail their. Service and all staff throughout the hotel are exceptional, and nothing is too much . This is reflected the same with all the restaurant staff and manager...thank you.
Great Customer Service
Well looked after by Bahman from the start of the visit to the end.
Rooms were comfortable, air-conditioning works really well and the windows kept the noise from the street out.
A great variety for breakfast including hot and cold food and the coffee was great, first thing on the morning.
As someone who visited Miami, nyc, LA this is by far the best hotel in Brum. Amazing location. Friendly staff. Going extra mile for your needs. I've never had this experience any where in Uk. I love Teodora on reception desk since she makes our stay exceptional
The room was well presented, clean and the bed was the comfiest I've ever slept on. I feel like I can skip my appointment with my chiropractor. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the waiter Mehdi was especially attentive, patient and caring.
The food was delicious and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
I will be back!
