Another excellent stay ! We are regular visitors here and this stay did not disappoint ... staff as welcoming and helpful as ever, nothing is too much trouble. Our room on 12th floor was spacious and spotless clean, with an extremely comfy bed and great view. We had a table for x11 reserved in the bar for food and cocktails ... all of which was fabulous - Extremely efficient service. Big shout out to Franco in the bar who never fails to deliver the very best in customer service.

Incredible experienced in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Kids loved the surrounding and were excited to be there. Anesh, Avinash, Mehdi and Shubham were amazing, going the extra mile to accommodate the kids even though there is no official kid menu. Drinks were lovely, food was well cooked and tasted fresh - just lovely overall. Very happy with the whole experience!

A warm welcome, and a lovely room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a lovely temperature - warm but not to stuffy. Park Regis has a good car park too and a fair price which is a plus for those who have to drive into Birmingham. The bar area is really nice and we enjoyed a lovely cocktail their. Service and all staff throughout the hotel are exceptional, and nothing is too much . This is reflected the same with all the restaurant staff and manager...thank you.

Great Customer Service
Well looked after by Bahman from the start of the visit to the end.

Rooms were comfortable, air-conditioning works really well and the windows kept the noise from the street out.

A great variety for breakfast including hot and cold food and the coffee was great, first thing on the morning.
